The search is on for the next County Lead Volunteer (County Commissioner) to deliver ‘skills for life’ to even more young people, though inclusively growing our movement.

This is an exciting time for Scouting as we complete the recovery from the Covid pandemic and celebrate the nationally significant contribution we have made in the last 10 months.

Every day the importance to young people and our society of ‘skills for life’ and our Scouting values become more evident. We are looking for a passionate volunteer to lead the amazing East Lancashire team.

If you have the desire to make a difference to the lives of young people and are keen to support our amazing adults, then the County Lead Volunteer role could be for you.

Previous Scouting experience is not essential. What we need is your vision, leadership and determination to succeed.
