Bowley Service Team
Putter-upper, chief-welcomer, shopkeeper, or top-brew-maker – we’ve got an opportunity for you. We have opportunities to become a Volunteer Campsite Warden, part of our behind-the-scenes service crew or a paid activity instructor.
Communications Team
Our growing communications team ensures that our 1,500 volunteers get the information they need to succeed at the right time. Managing our email newsletter, social media, websites, videos and external media relationships, joining our Comms team is a rewarding role where your unique skills and enthusiasm will play a vital role in fostering community connections and amplifying the impact of scouting experiences for a brighter, shared future.
Programme Team
The County Programme Team oversees and supports the delivery of high-quality programmes for young people. This includes promoting and supporting Top Awards, and supporting Section programmes when activities or events are best done at County scale.
Young Leaders Team
Our Young Leader Scheme is designed to give Young Leaders the skills and knowledge to act as part of the section leadership team, developing their leadership skills.
We’re looking for people who have skills in delivering face-to-face training, administrative and people skills to help make sure we support young leaders to achieve their very best.
Events Team
Meeter-and-greeter? Plate-filler (yum)? Chief-organiser? We’re looking for people to join our events team to make sure they happen, are engaging and are the best they can possibly be.
