Can I thank everyone who attended Glenis’s funeral on Thursday 16th March at St. Wulstan’s Church in Great Harwood. When I turned round to give the Eulogy it was an amazing sight to see the Church and its balcony full, with so many people standing and it was testimony to the esteem and affection in which Glenis was held. Thank you to all the Members of the Movement, young and not so young, for the dignity with which you conducted yourself, both in Church and on parade outside as Glenis, in Scout Uniform, made her final journey past the Scout Standards and Members at Alert.
