Apex Extreme

It's the biggest adventure competition of its kind in the UK and  for the first time it's coming to West Yorkshire!

The Apex Extreme is a tough and challenging event for Explorers and the Scout Network, spread across an entire weekend. It couples together all the familiar bits from our Apex Overnight and Daytime Challenges but adds insome more survival elements and brand new white-knuckle activities.

It will be physically and mentally demanding but also a great experience. Teams are likely to be spending your weekend abseiling, canoeing, mountain biking, and completing challenging assault courses, while racing against the clock to gain those crucial Apex points. With more adventure challenges than ever before, this is certainly one you won't want to miss.

For this event in the Centenary year, the competition will be in its Northerly locaction yet - the world-famous Ilkley Moor.

It's open to all Explorer Scouts and Scout Network members from across the UK. Already there are teams planning to join us from as far away as Devon and Scotland! Make sure you're part of it.

There's only space for 60 teams to take part, so get your teams registered early.
