You should put the full URL of the page you were trying to access when the occured in this box. To do this, simply use your brower's History feature to find the page where the error occured and copy and paste the URL into the box.
The more in-depth and detailed you are about the bug, the easier it is for us to fix! Try to include details, like: Title of the error When the error occured (approximately)
To find out which browser you use, simply look along the top of the window itself. You should notice something that resembles what is listed in this box.
If you know which version of web browser you're using, that'd be really helpful to know, too! To find this, try going to Help at the top of your browser and find the About pages. It should tell you in there.
